Be sure to speak up in workouts when you feel like you need alternative moves or adjustments if something flares up. Side Note: This class was upper body and had a lot of exercises that strained our wrists a bit (lots of pushups!). We had a head coach leading the workout and another trainer came around to correct form, increase the challenge, or help with any adjustments. There are no mirrors in the room, which was honestly a refreshing change - we love mirrors for form correction, but they can also cause you to focus on things (like what you look like ) that are distracting while working out.

The studio itself was a large room with a cushioned raised mat floor (great for your joints during plyo moves). We checked out a 45 min circuit upper body class last night and are feeling it today! You can tell this studio has a ton of regulars, especially mommas because of the complimentary childcare.
